This article is a guide on the best courses with job opportunities to study in Nigerian universities. Students who are in the bid to obtain jamb form need to be specific about what they should study and not accept anything that comes their way. Courses to study in the universities by prospective students are to be chosen according to area of interest during secondary school education or, based on subjects which they were able to make good grades at o’ level examinations(Waec, Neco, NABTEB) which could be science, arts or social science.

Choosing a career path must be wisely done because, there are different perceptions about the value of courses studied in Nigeria universities some courses are seen as useless because there are no career opportunities for them in Nigeria. Every student with an intention to study a particular worthy course must be patient in order not to choose a useless course because those useless course have higher admission percentage.

As a serious student who dreams of having a good job after school endeavour to consider these courses that are listed below in order to avoid being jobless and useless after school studies.

Crude oil is currently the bedrock of the Nigerian economy therefore with regards to choosing a career and expecting financial reward, petroleum companies are the top paying companies in Nigeria.

2. Medicine:  is the most coveted health science course in Nigeria because it is the most marketable course in Nigeria as there is almost a 100 percent possibility of getting a job. Admission into medicine is the most competitive in Nigeria, and it requires getting very high marks in the UTME exams. The respect and prestige that comes with the title of a doctor is another reason why it is the top best course studied in Nigerian universities.

3. Law: is the top best art course in Nigeria. Law students even have their special black and white dress code that makes them unique on campus.
