Enhance your looks as a guy and men in general and become more attractive. Here are few tips to help attain the desired looks:

Hygiene be hygienic and have a pinned decision to keep clean even as a guy it is very important. Your body is your responsibility to maintain you need to appear clean always in order to be referred to as handsome.

Ears: clean out your ears to avoid accumulation of dirt, the sight of dirt in the ears is very irritating. Leaving the accumulated dirt to melt to the outer layer of the ears is very inhumane and leaves a lasting negative impression. Make sure to clean up the ears every 3 – 4 days. Do not clean with Sharp object, but with a suitable blunt device.

Teeth Brushing: it is advised to brush the teeth with a soft tooth brush in order to protect the gum as a hard tooth brush damages the gum. Damages to the gum could include bleeding. It is advised to make use of herbal toothpaste in order to strengthen the teeth. Remember, the colour of your teeth, leaves an impression be it a negative impression or a positive impression.

Shaving: Shaving the beards, armpits, chest area and male organ is best as it prevents accumulation of heat and dirt which leads to smelly odour. Shaving should be done at least once in two weeks.

Head wash: it is proper to thoroughly wash your hair and the scalp of your head with a shampoo and conditioner. Do not use a harsh shampoo so your hair and scalp will not get flaky, do not use a shampoo without a conditioner because the shampoo removes dirty oils from the hair and the conditioner gives fresh oil to the hair and makes it shine.

Face Wash: wash your face daily and the best face wash is one that a balance between removing grims and oils but without drying out your face and make it look pale and all dried out. Here are different types of faces and the best kind of soothing face wash.

a) Dry Skin: for men with dry skin you will realize that your face rarely shows signs of excess oil, tends to feel tight and can occasionally be flaky or itchy. Purchase a face wash that contains a high percentage of moisturising Glycerine along with soothing ingredients like Aloe Vera and Allantoin this double action will leave your face feeling fresh and not flaky and tight.

b) Oily Skin: for guys with oily skin you will observe that your skin develops an oily sheen not long after you’ve washed it and you’ll notice large visible pores and the tendency of getting blackheads. Purchase a face cleanser/wash that regulates oil production that is, an oil control face wash/cleanser, look for face cleanser/wash that contain ingredients such as purification tea tree oil which helps to regulate excess oil and reduces redness. Also use the ones that includes a natural alpha – hudroxy acid, like Lactic acid this lactic acid will gently exfoliate your skin and it helps to unclog pores and eliminate blackheads.

3) Sensitive Skin: for a man with sensitive skin, you will observe that your skin easily red and irritated during the day and it worsens after shaving. Purchase a face wash that will soothe away that redness and is made with gentle ingredients that won’t irritate your face. Look for the ones that contain Aloe Vera and Allantoin to calm the skin, also Glycerine hydrates skin to avoid your skin being stripped or rid of it’s natural moisture.

4) Acne Prone Skin: for guys who regularly suffers from breakouts and blackheads, then it means the skin is prone to acne. Purchase face wash that can clear excess sebum and dead skin cells which causes acne, the one that will effectively remove the gunk without making the situation worse. Purchase face cleanser which have been specifically developed for skins that are prone to a acne which contains contains salicylic acid or more gentle cleansers which contains purifying ingredients such as tea tree oil in order to regulate excess sebum production and reduce redness. Also you may choose to use an exfoliating face wash that contains a natural alpha- hydroxy acid.

The use of bar soap is not advisable as bar soaps are made to wash clothes and not necessarily for bathing well, for the sake of money and perhaps lack of care for body skin appearance some guys/men use bar soap for bathing but I strongly advise against it. Using bar soap on your face’ll strip away oil and dry out your skin, leaving it tight. Paradoxically this will cause your skin to produce more oil which will result to a greasy sheen face which leads to irritation and breakouts.

How To Wash Your Face

Washing your face the right way is best at making all the difference of face looks and tenderness.

1) Have a separate clean face towel to gently dry your face after the wash.

2) Get your face wet with warm water avoid using very hot or too cold water because hot water makes the skin dry and too cold water is not effective in removing dirts and face oil but, warm water soothes the skin.

3) Apply a little of the face wash on your hand and rub with the other hand and then rub it all over your face; corners of the nose, beneath the nose close to the forehead hairlines, the ears and in the beards.

4) massage your face in circular motion; the eyes, the ears and the beards, also your neck. Don’t apply pressure but gently rubb the face while massaging. Spend more time on the areas where there are build up of oil and sweat and dirts and oils are usually concentrated on the T-zone of the forehead, nose areas chin and neck. It’s usually better to wash in the shower. Do this face wash for about 30 seconds and do not scrub the face with a sponge rather, you should use the sponge so gently as if to pamper the face skin. You may choose to be hard on the neck but you should not be as hard as when you’re really scrubbing other parts of the body.

5) Properly rinse your face, eyes, ears and beards with lukewarm water, make sure to rinse the beards by moving all fingers through it to eliminate soapy residue.

Bathing: Bathe with lukewarm water. Do not bathe in hot shower because, it irritates the skin and strips off essential oil that are meant to protect the skin. A good shower should last for about 10 – 15 minutes. Handle the male organs with care and wash with a mild soap, do not use a sponge to scrub hard on the testicles rather, make sure to scrub as if to pamper them in order to avoid injury.
